These terms govern your use of PSL Scale and its experimental analysis, reports, credits, and optional style previews.
What the service is
PSL Scale provides an entertainment estimate based on visible two-dimensional geometry and offers non-medical styling suggestions. Results are not an objective measure of beauty, identity, health, age, ethnicity, or suitability for cosmetic procedures. You may use the service only for lawful personal purposes.
Your content
Upload only photos of adults when you own the photo or have explicit permission from every person shown. Do not upload minors, intimate content, illegal, infringing, or unsafe content, or images for harassment, impersonation, surveillance, discrimination, identity recognition, fraud, or abuse of AI generation. Do not use generated previews to impersonate anyone, deceive others, or violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. Credits and payments
Public checkout is currently closed and purchase buttons show Coming Soon. If sales open, the listed Single Report plan is a one-time $9.90 purchase for 100 credits; one completed detailed report uses 100 credits. Credits have no cash value and are not a subscription. Authorized test credits may be issued without payment. The checkout record controls the final price and credit amount, and eligible refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Service limits
You must be at least 18, keep your account secure, and use only the fixed face-analysis and styling-preview features as offered. You may not bypass safety, access, credit, or rate limits; probe or disrupt the service; automate abusive use; resell access; or use outputs for identity verification, employment, housing, insurance, credit, medical, legal, or other high-impact decisions.
Your responsibility for violations
You are responsible for the photos you submit, the permissions you obtain, and how you use or share results. If your breach causes a valid claim, takedown, investigation, loss, or cost, you remain responsible to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Violations, suspension, and termination
For suspected or confirmed violations, we may issue a warning; refuse or remove content; restrict report or preview access; suspend or terminate service access; and take necessary legal or reporting action for serious unlawful conduct. Credits directly connected to misuse may be restricted or voided only where permitted by applicable law and these terms; paid credits and refunds remain subject to consumer rights and the Refund Policy. These actions are currently performed by an operator, not by an automated account-ban system.
Notice and appeals
We review available records and the severity, repetition, and legal risk of the conduct before acting when circumstances allow. We will normally notify the account email of a material restriction and give a reason unless law, safety, security, or an active investigation prevents notice. You may appeal within 14 days by emailing doubleonly@gmail.com with the account email, decision, and relevant context. We will review the appeal and respond as reasonably practicable.
No warranty
The service and AI outputs are provided as-is. Measurements can vary with pose, expression, lens, light, and model behavior. To the extent allowed by law, PSL Scale is not liable for decisions made from an entertainment score or styling preview. We may update these terms with a new effective date.
