Customer support

Email doubleonly@gmail.com. Include the email address used for your account and, when relevant, an order or report ID. Do not attach a face photo or send payment-card details.

Data and deletion requests

Use the same address to request access to or deletion of saved photos, generated previews, reports, and account data. We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting on the request.

Content reports and appeals

Report prohibited uploads, AI output, impersonation, child-safety concerns, or infringement to doubleonly@gmail.com. Include the relevant report ID or private URL, the reason for the report, and supporting context, but do not attach a face photo. We manually review reports and may preserve or disclose records when required for safety or law. Use the same address to appeal an enforcement decision within 14 days.

Refund requests

Public checkout is currently closed. If you have an earlier order, include its order ID and a short explanation without attaching your source photo. Review the Refund Policy for eligibility details.
