PSL Scale respects copyrights and responds to complete, good-faith notices concerning stored user content.

Sending a notice

Send the support address a signed notice identifying the copyrighted work, the specific material and report or file URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We normally acknowledge complete notices within three business days.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake, send a signed counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining your good-faith belief, providing your contact details, and consenting to the appropriate legal jurisdiction. We may forward the notice as required by law.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or misuse the service, while considering the circumstances and valid counter-notices.
