Privacy policy

This policy explains how PSL Scale handles face photos, local measurements, saved reports, account details, and payments.
What we collect
The free test processes your selected photo and face landmarks locally in your browser. If you choose to save a report or request a style preview, we may collect the uploaded image, your report inputs and outputs, account email, consent record, order data, IP-derived anti-abuse signals, and limited technical diagnostics. We do not collect a face template for identity recognition and do not infer sensitive identity attributes.
Who processes it
Cloudflare provides hosting, private object storage, database, workflow, and security services. Google is used only when you choose Google sign-in. When you request a saved detailed report, OpenAI's moderation service checks the uploaded and generated images, DeepSeek Flash processes the approved photo and measured report inputs to write the analysis, Waffo Prompt Sift checks the two fixed styling prompts, and ArtsAPI routes approved prompts and the photo to a Seedream-compatible image model. A payment provider will process checkout data if public sales open; PSL Scale does not receive full payment-card details. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
A photo used only for the free local test is not intentionally sent to us. When you request a saved report, the source photo, generated previews, and report record are kept with that account so the private report can be reopened and its PDF downloaded. There is no automatic fixed deletion period. Email us to request deletion; we will remove the saved report data and stored images unless retention is required for security, dispute, tax, or other legal reasons. Third-party processors may keep data under their own policies.
Cookies
We use necessary first-party cookies for sessions, guest quotas, fraud prevention, and basic attribution. If analytics is configured, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load with advertising storage and personalization disabled; analytics storage follows your on-site choice. Clarity receives explicit masking instructions for uploads, results, sign-in, account, payment-return, and private-report areas. Analytics events never include face photos, landmark coordinates, detailed scores, email, names, report content, or other biometric-like data.
Your choices
You can avoid server upload by using only the free local test. Signed-in users can request access to or deletion of saved photos, reports, and account data by email. The service is for adults 18 and older; do not submit a minor's photo.
