We aim to make failed generation work recoverable without asking you to pay twice.

Failed generations

A paid asynchronous task that reaches a failed or canceled final state returns its reserved credits automatically and idempotently. A low-confidence free analysis does not consume paid credits.

Unused credits

You may request a refund for a first purchase of entirely unused credits within 14 days, subject to payment-provider limits and applicable law. Used credits, partially used packs, and completed custom reports or previews are normally non-refundable unless the service was defective or law requires otherwise.

How to ask

Email the support address below with the account email, order ID, and a short explanation. Do not attach a face photo. We aim to acknowledge requests within three business days.
